How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING & 1-5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY, AFTER SHIPPING, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION (for US orders). INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CAN TAKE UP TO 10-21 DAYS AFTER IT IS SHIPPED
"I GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT ITS NOT UPDATING PLEASE HELP"
- Tracking numbers usually take 60 hours before updating.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the USPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package.
- WE CAN NOT CHANGE ADDRESSES AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT.
- All orders come with a tracking number which is issued as soon as it is shipped. Please check your email SPAM folder if you do not receive the tracking information
- Once orders are shipped and in the possession of the USPS, you will be able to track your package at www.usps.com by using the tracking number issued/emailed to you. If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.
- International Orders will be issued a USPS tracking/Customs Declaration number. This number can be used for package tracking at www.usps.com. For certain countries, tracking is only allowed up until a certain point in the shipping process unless it is shipped USPS International Priority. If you experience exceptional delays or have questions about your international package, we suggest you contact USPS and/or your country's postal customs office/department who should be able to assist you.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WHEN ORDERING. REMEMBER TO INCLUDE SUITE, APARTMENT NUMBERS, ETC. TO ENSURE PROPERLY DELIVERY. MAKE SURE THE ZIP CODE IS ALSO CORRECT.
International Orders: Please make sure the shipping address is provided in English. We cannot translate other languages.

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. As long as you have a complete address, we will ship. However, there is only a number of countries that we do ship to which will be an option to choose at the checkout window. If we do not ship to your country we are sorry for the inconvenience in advance.
- PLEASE make sure the international shipping address is formatted, correctly, line-by-line, and is provided in English.
- Though it does not happen often, we are not responsible for any customs charges incurred. From our experience, customers almost never incur duty from our packages so you should be safe.
